Motor vehicles bodywork components

Our company is manufacturing motor vehicles bodywork components. The types of bodies we offer our customers are:

• cargo box,
• rear-side tipper,
• three-sided tipper.

The structure of the tipper body is made of bent elements from S355 steel.
The next step is shot blasting of the intermediate frame and the body. The entire structure is spray-painted with two coats. The coatings used are epoxy primer and polyurethane paint. After the epoxy primer is applied, the structure is silicone coated to prevent water from getting into the gaps.

We supply our bodies with HYVA brand power hydraulics.

Tippers are equipped with a tipping angle limiter, the task of which is to cut off the power supply to the hydraulic system when the appropriate tipping angle is reached.

In the production of cargo boxes, the structure is selected according to customer requirements, it can be made entirely of structural steel. aluminum or a hybrid combination.
The material of the box floor is also selected according to customer requirements.
