How do we help our customers?
When we get an inquiry for our services, we talk with each client individually in order to set all the details. We also analyse variants of technological solutions that should be implemented in order to complete a given project. Additionally, our clients are constantly in touch with us from the point of making an inquiry up until its completion and shipment. Constant contact ensures that any potential ambiguities which may occur during the production process are addressed while assuring that the progress of work is monitored.

Project implementation in accordance with the technical documentation supplied by the client
The cooperation is based on the implementation of the project in accordance with the documentation supplied by the client. In order to thoroughly discuss the project, we contact the supervisor of the project implementation. During the production process we are constantly in touch with the customer to ensure that both sides are updated on the project development.

Design and development of technical documentation
In this cooperation model we develop the project from its conceptualisation until its completion. At the first stage we contact the person responsible for commissioning the project and we determine all assumptions which must be fulfilled such as: description of the operation, numerical data and operating conditions. Subsequently, we present the preliminary concept, and after its approval, the process of detailed design and technical documentation development begins. We are constantly in touch with the person responsible for overseeing the project at every stage of the project development.
